GITM Food

GITM Food is the work of Morgan Wamsley, a Nashville native who cooks under the Concord Kitchen name. The business started in a basement apartment on Concord Ave in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She came home after about a decade in New England. There is no storefront kitchen. Morgan comes to your home, rental or office and teaches cuisines from around the world. The idea is to learn techniques and recipes you can use at home or at your next dinner party, while your group eats together.

Cooking classes are one part of what she does. She also runs four-course private dinners, works as a personal chef and develops recipes. Her own dinner-party menus give a sense of her range: a Peruvian spread with hamachi ceviche, tuna causa and chocotejas, and a ramen night with chicken miso broth, crispy pork belly and dumplings. Her sample private dinner menu leans Southern, with shrimp and grits and key lime pie.
