Small hands-on classes in San Juan Capistrano, with couples-only Date Nights twice a month

Tspoons is a small cooking school on Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano. Classes run about three hours. You spend roughly two hours cooking, then an hour at the table eating what you made. Students work in groups of four, everyone prepares every dish, and classes are capped at 16 people.
