Virtual team cooking classes on Zoom, all vegetarian, with ingredient kits shipped to each cook
Anja Lee & Company started as a San Francisco catering business. Today it runs live cooking classes on Zoom for company teams. Founder Chef Anja Lee cooked for the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers, won Food Network's Supermarket Stakeout and is a Certified Sommelier. Hosts include Chef Polly (spring rolls and pasta), Chef Hannah (gnocchi and pizza) and Sarah, who teaches fluid art and cocktails.
Each guest gets a kit of pre-measured ingredients and a recipe card at their door. Teammates outside the US get grocery gift cards instead. Every class is vegetarian and can be made vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free or nut-free. The menu has 50+ options, from Miso Edamame Dumplings and Pumpkin Gnocchi to Street Tacos & Homemade Tortillas. Most classes run 45 to 90 minutes.
These classes are for companies, not individuals. You book a private event, or sign up for the Cook Together Club, which brings a new class each month for 3, 6 or 12 months. Google reviewers rate it 5 stars across 57 reviews.
