This class was gifted to me by my daughter and her husband for my birthday, and it was such a fun and meaningful way to spend time together while making yummy food. We cooked a delicious Ethiopian vegan feast, including several flavorful dishes and injera bread, which was especially fun and memorable to make.
I learned new Ethiopian cooking techniques, how to work with unfamiliar spices, and gained a better understanding of the injera-making process. Chef Angela was warm, friendly, and very skilled. She explained each step clearly, demonstrated techniques well, and regularly checked in to make sure everyone was keeping up.
