About EIGO
EIGO is the one-chef business of Emmanuelle Caumont. She trained at the hotel and restaurant school in Toulouse, France, and once ran Celebrity's restaurant and Slim Chef Catering in the San Francisco Bay Area. She teaches in her CulinaryTheater in Summerlin and also runs classes in Ahwatukee, Phoenix. Her style is health-conscious: rich global dishes made with healthy fats and less sugar and salt. Her motto is "Food is medicine. Eat responsibly."
Most bookings are for groups. Couples book date nights, companies book team building, and families book kids' workshops. Specialty sessions cover molecular gastronomy and chocolate. Menus span French, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean and vegan food. Individuals can join her live public classes in Las Vegas and Phoenix, which are booked through Eventbrite.
