Evening hands-on cooking workshops in El Paso, three per night, bring your own wine
Gastronomic Experiences runs evening cooking workshops at 6140 SW University Way in El Paso. The business also does catering, special and corporate events, and venue rental. The workshops are the part the public can book.
Every night follows the same schedule. Doors open at 5:00 pm, instructors introduce the courses at 5:30, and cooking starts at 6:00. Each event date runs three different workshops, and each one covers three to five recipes with all ingredients included. Every class is hands-on. You cook on your own or in a team of three or four, and you take home what you make. Classes are taught in English with Spanish-language support.
There's a social side too. Guests get mini cheese boards, salads and sandwiches, soft drinks and coffee, plus wine glasses for the bottle you bring. A class needs at least 10 people and takes no more than 20. The minimum age is 16, and you need closed shoes. There are no refunds. If a course is cancelled, you get a voucher for another class.
