Baked Enough is an El Paso bakery that started as a home bakery in 2019 and now runs its own decorating studio. Cake artist Cecilia Loya leads community classes in cake, cupcake and cookie decorating, plus parties, private lessons and team events. The bakery says its products use organic flour and no mixes.
The calendar follows the seasons and pop culture. Fall brings a "Dia De Muerto" Cookie Workshop, a Fall Floral Cupcake Workshop and a Cherry Pie Cake Workshop. December has Snoopy Christmas, Hello Kitty and Peanuts sessions. Most cookie and cupcake workshops cost $40, and cake workshops run $60 to $80.
Beyond the weekly group classes, you can book 1:1 lessons covering cake layering, piping and decorating. Kids' birthday parties and adult parties work for bachelorettes and team building.
