Kitchen Social is a cooking studio at 4887 Alpha Rd, Suite 288, in Dallas. Its classes are hands-on: you cook a full meal and then sit down to eat it. Experienced chefs take the group through each step, from prepping ingredients to plating. Every public class is BYOB for wine or beer with no corkage fee, so it feels as much like a night out as a lesson.
The calendar leans on steak, seafood and fresh pasta. Expect Beef Wellington, filet mignon in French Kiss, Salmon with Lobster Champagne Sauce, and Saturday lunch workshops like Tipsy Ravioli. You'll also find a French bistro night, paella, a Chinese dumpling workshop and a Thanksgiving class where you make three pies. Most classes run about two and a half hours, with evening and weekend slots.
