How big are the group classes?

Saturday night group classes have a maximum of 12 people, and everyone helps cook four tapas-sized courses.

Can I bring my own wine?

No. Outside alcohol isn't allowed. Four Napa Valley wines are served at most classes, along with soft drinks and bottled water.

Group classes are 21 and over. Kids can come to private classes, including Daddy & Me or Mommy & Me ($225 for one parent and one child) and Family Night ($350 for two adults and two children).

How long does a class last?

Most classes run about 2 hours, usually 6 to 8 PM. Dinner and Dancing runs about 3 hours, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM, on select Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes. You can buy them for every class type, and they come by mail or as a print-at-home PDF.

Saturday night group classes take up to 12 guests, all 21 or older. Together you cook, plate and serve four tapas-sized courses, and four Napa Valley wines are poured at most classes. Upcoming themes include A Taste of France, A Taste of Italy, Holiday Time in the Teaching Kitchen and a Valentines Dinner. Seats cost $100 to $135.

Private classes are where the menus get more creative. Couples can book a fresh pasta workshop, a bourbon dinner finished with a smoked Old Fashioned, or Dinner and Dancing, which starts with a ballroom lesson from instructor Bradley Wanzor. There are also parent and child sessions, a Family Night, a five-class 1-on-1 series and team-building dinners.
