Have you always wanted to make fresh pasta, but thought it was too time consuming and complicated? Let Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes demystify pasta making for you! She has been making pasta for over 40 years and can turn any willing student into a pasta expert! In this class, you’ll make a classic egg pasta dough and learn all the kneading and rolling techniques to turn it into Ravioli; a stuffed pasta with a ricotta/parmesan cheese filling that has been in Chef Jen’s family for over 100 years. She will also share her family recipe for a classic red sauce that you’ll make to toss your fresh pasta in.
