Every class is private. You book for your own group, either at her kitchen or at your venue. Classes are hands-on: you cook 5 to 6 dishes from scratch with organic ingredients, get an Indian Spices 101 introduction, take home the recipes and finish with a sit-down meal outdoors. There are 27 menus to choose from, such as Mogul Emperors Feast with chicken biryani, Flavors from the Beaches of Goa with shrimp coconut curry, and a vegan Passage to South India with dosas.
