Miami Pizza School

Mister O1 Pizza School teaches one thing: pizza. Its Miami classroom is at 2315 N Miami Ave, and it also runs locations in Dallas/Fort Worth and Atlanta. The school is built around master pizza chef Renato Viola. He is a member of the Italian Acrobatic Pizza Team and has advised pizzerias before their grand openings.

Classes are made for amateurs. A professional chef leads, explanations stay simple and concise, and the goal is to make the best possible pizza at home. Each session is capped at 12 people and lasts about two and a half hours. Water, sodas, beer and wine are included. After class you can sit down and eat your pizza with the other students. You go home with a chef's hat, an apron and a certificate signed by Renato Viola.

A seat costs $195, or $175 each when you book two or more. Students must be 15 or older. You can set up private and corporate classes by email or phone, and gift certificates come in sizes for one to four guests. The school holds a 4.9 Google rating from 138 reviews.
