GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH BAGUETTESCrusty on the outside, soft in the middle, and totally gluten-free, this is your intro to the art of sourdough baguettes, Billie’s style. You'll mix, shape, and prepare your own baguette to take home and bake, all while learning the techniques that make gluten-free sourdough so special. Sip on coffee or tea as we dive into dough and fermentation, then enjoy fresh-baked bread with a spread bar full of toppings to sample and share.
