CoS Eats

CoS Eats is the business of Chef Abigail, a private chef and cooking instructor in Colorado Springs. She doesn't run a classroom of her own. She comes to your kitchen or a venue you choose and teaches a class built around your tastes, your skill level and your guest list. She also cooks private multi-course dinner parties and runs corporate and group events with no guest cap.

Her teaching focuses on dishes people assume are too hard, like handmade pasta and seared seafood. She breaks them into clear steps and explains the "why" behind each technique. Past groups have cooked Mediterranean dishes from her family's background, and corporate teams have learned sushi. She's an Army veteran with a bold, sassy teaching style.

Each event starts with a conversation. You get in touch, she designs a menu around your dietary needs, and she handles the prep and planning. If you'd rather book a seat in a public class, she teaches select classes at Chef's Kitchen on S. 8th Street.
