About this class
Never have experienced three hours in a kitchen go by so fast. Chef Francesca brought to life the art of pasta making. We made fettuccine and a form of ravioli from her homeland of Sardegna, culurgiones. She was evocative, patient, and above all masterful. Bravissimo! Highly recommend. Go hungry and take a bottle of Sangiovese / Chianti.
