About this class
We really enjoyed Chef Iain’s class. This was easily one of our favorites! The menu selection was fantastic, especially the tapas-style variety. I was thrilled that we got to make homemade flatbread—it was such a pleasant surprise and definitely a highlight.
The food variety was excellent, and the smaller, more intimate class size made the experience even more enjoyable. It felt personal and engaging without being overwhelming.
The only thing that kept it from being a perfect 10 was the room temperature. It was quite warm, and with the ovens on and no noticeable AC or fan, it got a little uncomfortable at times. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we’d absolutely take another class with Chef Iain.
