Homemade by Bruno is a small Philadelphia pasta studio at 1245 South 15th Street. It runs one class and does it well. The Pasta Class + Tasting is a two-hour, four-course evening built around Southern Italian pasta made by hand, with semolina flour imported from Sicily.
You start with antipasto. Then you get step-by-step help mixing semolina dough and shaping five Southern Italian pasta shapes. You eat what you made with fresh bread and two homemade sauces, and a sweet treat finishes the meal. Every class is BYOB, so bring a bottle of wine.
Classes run Thursday and Friday from 6 to 8 PM. On Saturdays there are two sessions, 1 to 3 PM and 6 to 8 PM. The studio also books private pasta parties, and gift cards start at $25. Guests rate it 4.9 from 101 Google reviews.
