A silky chocolate custard made with rich Belgian dark chocolate and fruity Croatian extra virgin olive oil fills a flaky, buttery pie crust in this elegant twist on classic chocolate cream pie. The Belgian chocolate lends a deep, smooth cocoa flavor, while the Croatian olive oil adds a delicate fruitiness and luxurious texture. Finished with billowy chocolate whipped cream, a drizzle of olive oil, and flaky sea salt, each slice strikes a beautiful balance of richness and complexity.

Free hour-long livestream cooking classes that began in a West Seattle garage
Homemade is a free online cooking community, not a kitchen you visit. Chef Joel Gamoran started it in his West Seattle garage. He is a Culinary Institute of America grad who spent over a decade as Sur La Table's National Chef. Classes run about an hour as livestreams, most of them on YouTube, and each one is sponsored by a food brand such as the American Lamb Board, Dole or KitchenAid.
