About Napoli Culinary Academy

Napoli Culinary Academy is a non-profit culinary school at 1401 Fulton Ave. in Sacramento. Chef Hassi Sadri founded Café Napoli in 1992 and started the academy in 1997. Later he closed the restaurant and catering business to focus on the school, which offers a Culinary Arts Management diploma. He has also been head judge at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas.
