Chef-led demo dinners with local wine pairings at Will Rogers Theatre, Oklahoma City
The Tasting Room is an event space at Will Rogers Theatre on North Western Avenue in Oklahoma City. It belongs to Western Concepts Restaurant Group, the team behind Sushi Neko and Musashi's. Its public events are live cooking demonstrations led by the chefs. You watch rather than cook, then sit down to a multi-course dinner paired with wines from local purveyors. Seats are by reservation.
Chef Kurt Fleischfresser leads the demos with Executive Chef Jason Jones. Fleischfresser owns The Coach House and has twice cooked at the James Beard House.
