Young bakers ages 8–12 will spend the day creating cheerful winter gnome treats while building real baking and decorating skills. Students will mix and bake brownies, decorate gnome cupcakes, and finish their projects with snowy fondant accents and festive sparkle.
Kids will learn how to:
Measure ingredients and prepare brownie batter
Practice kitchen safety
Color buttercream and fill piping bags
Use the Wilton Method basics: icing consistency, bag angle, and pressure control
Pipe dots, lines, rosettes, and beard details
Decorate cupcakes with gnome hats, faces, and winter accents
Roll, cut, and embellish fondant snowflakes
Package their decorated cupcakes and brownie pan to take home
It’s a fun, creative winter workshop designed for beginner decorators who love hands-on sweets!
Kids should bring a lunch for the 30-minute in-studio lunch break.
