Chef Corey Soberanis teaches plant-forward cooking at partner venues and homes around Tampa
Iron Chef Core is the business of Chef Corey Soberanis, who founded it in 2017 and has called Tampa home for over five years. It has no storefront kitchen. Classes run at partner venues, including Armature Works, or in your own home. Every class is plant-forward, and Corey puts a lot of weight on dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free cooks are all accommodated with notice.
The classes are hands-on and chef-led, in small to medium groups. Corey says he aims to teach, not perform, so expect him to explain why a technique works as well as how. One past student wrote about making plant-based ramen with him. Classes usually last 2 to 4 hours.
You can join a public class, book a private group, or set up a corporate team-building session where your group cooks a multi-course menu together. One-on-one training is also available for skill building. The business holds a 5-star Google rating from 10 reviews and serves Tampa, Lutz and Wesley Chapel.
