Join Chef for a wonderful evening of fun, enjoyment, and culinary delights directly from Mexico. We will begin the evening making flour tortillas in preparation for rolling and creating gorgeous chicken enchiladas. Top with beautiful passata (adobo sauce with ancho & guajillo chiles) and cheddar cheese and then bake. As your delights bake, we then create our refried beans to pair with steamed rice all to complement this wonderful and traditional dish. Then finish the evening with Chef’s glorious flan.
