Milwaukee Public Market Classes

Demo-style classes in a public market kitchen, taught by vendors and local chefs

Milwaukee Public Market holds its cooking classes in Madame Kuony's Kitchen. It's a demonstration kitchen on the market's second level in the Historic Third Ward. The kitchen is named for Madame Liane Kuony, a pioneer of organic cooking, and her students dedicated it to her. Classes are taught by market vendors, local chefs and sometimes nationally known cookbook authors.
