Chef Michael's custom hands-on classes, mostly taught in Milwaukee home kitchens
Sage Harvest is Chef Michael's small Milwaukee business. He works as a personal chef, cooks private dinners and teaches hands-on cooking classes. Most classes happen in home kitchens. For bigger groups he uses approved venues around greater Milwaukee. His teaching leans on culinary science and nutrition, and he also shows people how to cook well around calorie goals or ingredients they avoid.
There's no fixed calendar to book from. After a free consultation, he sends class options from his archive, matched to your guests' allergies, aversions and tastes. Sample menus include Sushi 101, Beef Pad Thai with fresh spring rolls, and Skillet-Seared Sea Scallops with fresh semolina pasta and beurre blanc. Expect to cook for most of the class, usually in teams of two.
Sage Harvest holds a 5 rating on Google from 4 reviews. One student says she has taken classes with Michael for seven years. Another says he adjusts lessons for beginners and adds complexity for more experienced cooks. Guests must be 21 or older unless management approves them in advance.
