About Our Time Kitchen

Our Time Kitchen is a shared commercial kitchen at 117 W. 24th St. in Baltimore. Two chefs founded it in 2020: Chef Cat of Just Call Me Chef and Chef Kiah of Wilde Thyme. It rents kitchen time by the hour to small food businesses, with a focus on minority women and marginalized genders. Its members include caterers, food trucks and pop-ups such as Habibi Hummus, Holy Moli and Cane De Sucre.

It is not a cooking school with a regular class calendar. Classes come up now and then, like the Preservation Class with Chef Kiah, alongside markets, pop-ups and backyard events. If you want a cooking class, the kitchen can put you in touch with one of its member businesses for a private session.

It suits people who want to support Baltimore's small food scene and enjoy a community event. It is not the place for a weekly class schedule. It holds a 4.8 Google rating from 18 reviews.
