Nut-free Cupertino kitchen studio for kids' parties and camps, plus adult date nights
Taste Buds Kitchen Cupertino is a local franchise of a national cooking school brand that started in New York in 2007. It runs out of a custom-designed kitchen studio at 21301 Point Reyes Terrace, near Monta Vista, West San Jose and Rancho Rinconada. It works as a kids kitchen by day and an adult kitchen by night. Every class is hands-on, and you cook at shared group tables.
Kids are the core here. Birthday parties last 1.5 or 2 hours, and the menus depend on age. Ages 3 to 8 get options like Pizza Perfection and Mermaid Cupcakes. Teens can make fresh fettuccine, sushi rolls or Tasty Thai. Summer camps run five days, three hours a day, with themes like Bakeshop, Baking 101 and Culinary Travels.
Adults 18 and up can book multi-course classes and date nights, and no experience is needed. There are also private parties and corporate team building events. The whole kitchen is nut-free, and some menus are gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan.

No. Adult classes and date nights are for ages 18+, you cook a multi-course menu from scratch, and no prior experience is needed.
Yes. It is a nut-free kitchen, and no peanuts or tree nuts are allowed inside. Some ingredients may still be produced in facilities that handle nuts.
Public class sales are final. You can reschedule online up to 5 days before class. If you buy Class/Camp Protection, you can cancel up to 5 hours before and get a kitchen credit.
Parties run 1.5 or 2 hours in a studio reserved just for your group. They include chef instructors, a menu you pick by age group, balloon decor, chef hats, borrowed aprons and cleanup.
Camps run Monday to Friday for 3 hours a day. Ages 4 to 8 come in the morning and ages 9 to 13 come in the afternoon. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available.
