About The Cooking School Tri-Cities
The Cooking School in Hapeville sits at 755 Virginia Ave, a few minutes from Atlanta's airport, in a bright, sunny kitchen. It is one of two locations of The Cooking Schools. The other is in Mount Pleasant, SC. Every class works the same way. You help cook a family-style meal, then sit down with the group to eat what you made. The school calls it as much a social night as a lesson.
The Hapeville menu covers a lot of ground. Pastabilities… with Sauce teaches hand-rolled pasta, and you can bring your own wine. Thai 1 On covers massaman curry, tom kha soup and spring rolls. Got Soul? makes honey-drizzled buttermilk fried chicken, candied yams and vegetarian collards. You'll also find Exotic Ethiopian, Jamaican Me Crazy, Indian Cooking for Beginners and Mexican Fiesta w/ Margarita.
