The Cooking Schools runs its Atlanta classes from a sunny kitchen at 755 Virginia Ave in Hapeville, a few minutes from the airport. There is a sister location in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Every class follows the same pattern. You help cook a family-style meal, then sit down with the group to eat it. The school calls it as much a social night as a lesson.
The Atlanta menu covers a lot of ground. You can roll pasta by hand in Pastabilities… with Sauce or Handmade Pasta w/ Cacio e Pepe.
