Kids’ cooking school · Cobb County, GA
Kids cooking school with weekly classes that move from KinderCooks up to SeniorChefs
Young Chefs Academy in East Cobb is one location of a kids cooking school chain. It has been teaching children for about twenty years and has branches in Georgia, the Carolinas, Texas and beyond. The core offer is a weekly class built around a monthly theme. Each week adds skills on top of the last one.
Kids move through levels. KinderCooks is paced for preschool and early elementary attention spans and covers basic nutrition and kitchen safety. JuniorChefs builds on that. SeniorChefs is for students who meet set criteria and want more advanced technique. Along with cooking, lessons cover table setting, manners, presentation and teamwork.
Outside the weekly program there are 3-hour multi-day camps, an Intro Class for first-timers, Friday "Kids Night Out" evenings, birthday parties and field trips. Adults get a look in too, with evening classes, family workshops, corporate team building and fundraisers.
