Young Chefs Academy in Sandy Springs is a kids cooking school, one of several Young Chefs Academy locations, in a suite at 227 Sandy Springs Pl NE. Its main offer is a weekly class program with three levels. KinderCooks is paced for preschool and elementary kids and mixes simple recipes with basic nutrition and kitchen safety. JuniorChefs builds on those skills. SeniorChefs is for students who meet set criteria and want more advanced techniques and more responsibility in the kitchen.
Each month has a theme, and skills build week to week. A single class costs $40 for KinderCooks and $45 for the older levels. Monthly memberships cost $115 and $140 and reserve a seat each week with no annual contract. A one-time registration or uniform fee may apply. New students can try a free first class.
The studio also runs multi-day seasonal and summer camps in 3-hour sessions, all-inclusive birthday parties, school field trips, and custom events for companies, fundraisers and community groups. It holds a 4.7 Google rating from 63 reviews.
