Prune Kitchen is Fumiko's cooking studio in Seattle, and it has been running since 2011. Fumiko teaches hands-on, Asian-style cooking classes. The focus is on tasty home-cooked meals and on skills you can take back to your own kitchen.
The studio has deep community roots. From 2011 to 2020, Fumiko and Daniel hosted a cooking meetup. Many Seattleites came to cook and share a lot of meals together.
