Sweet Moments Co. runs live cooking events over Zoom for companies. A chef teaches from its broadcast kitchen in Phoenix. Before the event, every guest gets a fresh ingredient kit, pre-portioned down to the salt and shipped free to all 50 states. Then a chef cooks with the group in real time, with a 4K instructor camera and a top-down view. Executive Chef Therese Ludwig leads the kitchen with Chef de Cuisine Andrew Hills. Founders Brent and Therese help hosts plan.
You can't book a single seat here. A host books each event for a group of about 10 to 700 or more guests, and most events run 60 to 90 minutes. Menus include Chimichurri Steak, Artisan Margherita Pizza Making, a no-cook Artisan Charcuterie Board and an Office-Ready line that ships a disposable board and knife for conference rooms.
Kits cost $118, $150 or $195 each, all-inclusive. Dietary needs are built into each kit at no extra charge. The kitchen is not allergen-free, kosher or halal. On Google it has a 5 rating from 29 reviews.

No. Events are private and booked by a host for a group, usually a company team or its clients. Groups run from about 10 to 700 or more guests.
No. The chef teaches every step live at an easy pace, and the kit arrives pre-portioned, so there's nothing to measure or shop for.
About four weeks is recommended. Two weeks is the minimum, and guests can be added up to 36 hours before the event.
Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free and allergen swaps go into each guest's own kit at no extra charge. The kitchen is not allergen-free, kosher or halal.
For most classes, just basic cookware and a screen to join on. Office-Ready kits include a disposable cutting board, knife and wet naps, so no kitchen is needed.
