Dazzle Me A Dish is the business of Chef Cynthia, a Staten Island native and personal chef who also teaches. She grew up as the daughter of an Italian tug-boat captain and a Polish homemaker. After 13 years on Wall Street, she trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. Cooking classes sit alongside her catering, private dining and menu consulting work.
Classes are booked privately. Groups can arrange a workshop for any skill level, from basic techniques to more advanced dishes. Her best-known offering is the children's birthday party, held at her home or off premises. Each child makes their own dessert or meal and learns to set a table. There is also music, dancing and a photo props corner. Keepsake aprons and recipe binders cost extra.
