At all of Joie en Cuisine’s classes

• Classes take place in person at 102 Waltham St. in the South End.
• Most classes run three hours, either 6 to 9 PM on Mondays or 10 AM to 1 PM on Sundays.
• Each student leaves with a box of their own baked goods, an apron, a recipe packet and access to a baking help hotline.
• The macaron class is gluten-free.
• If you take one of the two New England apple classes, you get a code for 20% off the other one.
