Learn to start your day with delightful winter breakfast recipes. In this class, you'll experience foundational techniques that will take you beyond breakfast, like poaching eggs, essential knife work, baking delicious muffins and how to create a perfect vinaigrette.Menu: Red Flannel Hash with Poached Egg; Green Salad with Candied Sunflower Seeds and Citrus Vinaigrette; Jam-Filled Streusel Muffins.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQ for more info.
