About this class
We're preparing something special for the holidays at Meraki! Students will take on the challenge of making individual Beef Wellingtons, complete with golden puff pastry, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, and a delicious pan sauce. We'll work on searing beef, preparing a savory mushroom filling, and assembling our Wellingtons before baking them to perfection. Students will also learn how to build flavor in a pan sauce and bring together a beautiful holiday meal. And of course, we'll finish with a rich chocolate pots de crème for dessert! This is a great class for teens who love to cook and are ready to try something a little more challenging.
