Spend the afternoon cooking your way through some of our favorite dim sum dishes! We’ll fill the steamers, fire up the skillets, and learn how to make a spread inspired by the small plates and treats found in dim sum restaurants.
Students will shape savory pork siu mai, make crispy scallion pancakes from scratch, bake warm Hong Kong-style egg custard tarts, and mix up brown sugar boba milk tea to enjoy with it all. We’ll finish class by sitting down together and sampling our homemade dim sum spread.
