Step into a snowy Alpine village for an afternoon of gingerbread design, festive treats, and Christmas creativity! In this special holiday workshop, students will transform their own preassembled gingerbread house into a mountain chalet. Inspired by the cozy wooden lodges of Switzerland and Austria, they'll create rustic timber details, snow-covered rooftops, charming windows, and edible winter landscapes.
Students will prepare their own royal icing, customize their colors, and learn decorating techniques to bring their chalet designs to life. Using pretzels, chocolate, candies, and other festive decorations, each student will create a one-of-a-kind winter masterpiece.
