Thanksgiving dinner wouldn’t be complete without the sides, and this workshop is all about making them shine! We’re taking some of our favorite Thanksgiving flavors and turning them into four from-scratch dishes that are festive, flavorful, and worthy of a spot on the holiday table.
Students will make each dish in small groups while learning techniques they can use again at home, from making and shaping homemade yeast rolls to building a savory stuffing, whipping sweet potatoes into individual soufflé cups, and creating a restaurant-inspired vegetable side with a creamy whipped feta.
