Join us for one of our favorite Meraki Christmas traditions! In this special holiday baking class, students will make a heavenly flourless chocolate cake filled with chocolate whipped cream and decorated with rich chocolate ganache, sugared berries, chocolate shavings, and festive meringue decorations.
Bûche de Noël is the French name for a traditional Christmas cake shaped like a log. Students will learn how to bake a delicate chocolate sponge, fill and roll their cakes, and decorate them beautifully to take home and share with family.
