Let’s explore the wonderful world of pâte à choux! In this class, you will learn the basics of making and cooking with this versatile pastry dough in both sweet and savory dishes. You will learn the step-by-step process of making pâte à choux dough, including how to properly mix the ingredients, how to cook the dough on the stovetop, and how to pipe and shape the dough into various forms.
Pâte à choux dough is so versatile, it will become a kitchen staple whether you see yourself as a cook or a baker. In addition to baking some wonderfully cheesy gougeres , we will be transforming our pâte à choux into Parisian-style gnocchi and light-as-air, crispy fried churros!
