Learn to make the Crown of Ravioli del Plin with Mushroom Ragù, an elegant, show-stopping dish rooted in the hills of Piedmont. In this class, you’ll master the signature "plin" (pinch) technique used to craft delicate, stuffed pasta pockets, arranging them into a stunning centerpiece ring. We’ll complement the pasta with a deeply savory, rustic mushroom reduction simmered with fresh herbs, teaching you how to balance woodland earthy flavors with delicate, tender pasta for an unforgettable holiday-season presentation.
