Experience true rustic comfort with Scrippelle 'Mbusse & Apple Crostata, a masterclass celebrating the soulful traditions of Abruzzo and the warm flavors of late autumn. In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make authentic scrippelle—delicate, gossamer-thin crepes rolled tightly with sharp Pecorino and cracked black pepper, then bathed in a steaming, fragrant homemade broth. To round out the meal on a sweet, seasonal note, we'll guide you through making a classic buttery pastry dough to bake a rustic, golden apple crostata layered with tender, spiced fruit.
