From the streets of Mexico City to the heart of Oaxacan tradition, Mexican cuisine is one of the most vibrant, soulful, and deeply storied culinary cultures in the world — and in our Taste of Mexico class, we’re bringing the very best of it straight to your table. This hands-on experience takes you on a flavorful journey through some of Mexico’s most iconic and beloved dishes, spanning bold coastal flavors, rich slow-cooked sauces, masa-based traditions, and the kind of sweet, indulgent finish that makes every great Mexican meal complete. You’ll work alongside our expert instructors every step of the way, learning the techniques and stories behind each dish before sitting down with your fellow guests to savor everything you’ve created together.
