Chef Callie will welcome you with Whipped Ricotta with Roasted Garlic & Herb Crostini before preparing an entree of Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Creamy Parmesan Polenta, Honey Glazed Carrots, and Dutch Oven Artisan Bread .
