with Laura Palace Escape to the cozy, neon-lit trattorias of New York's historic Mulberry Street without ever leaving town! In this hands-on class, you will create a menu filled with comforting Italian-American classics. First, master Chicken Marsala —learning to cook perfectly juicy, thin chicken breasts in a luscious mushroom and Marsala wine pan sauce. Next, forget the box! You’ll roll up your sleeves to mix, knead, and shape a batch of rustic, pillowy Ricotta Cavatelli from scratch using traditional wooden boards. Finally, end the night on a sweet note by rolling, wrapping, and frying your very own authentic Cannoli Shells , finishing them off with a fresh, orange-kissed sweet ricotta cream.
