with J Chong Get ready for a delicious taste of Vietnam with Chef J. Chong! In this fun, hands-on cooking class, we’ll explore the vibrant flavors and comforting dishes that make Vietnamese cuisine so irresistible—bright, fresh, savory, crispy, and full of flavor. We’ll make Chef J. Chong’s version of Bún Thịt Nướng , featuring fragrant lemongrass pork patties served with fluffy rice, crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, fresh herbs, and a perfectly sunny-side-up egg. It’s a comforting, colorful, and satisfying Vietnamese-inspired meal that brings all the best flavors together in one bowl. We’ll also make Chả Giò (Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls) —crispy, golden rice-paper rolls filled with a savory mixture and fried until irresistibly crunchy. To brighten every bite, we’ll prepare đồ chua , the classic Vietnamese pickled daikon and carrot accompaniment, along with plenty of fresh herbs.
