with J Chong Join Chef J. Chong for a fun, hands-on celebration of the irresistible flavors of classic Spanish tapas. We’ll explore traditional techniques, simple ingredients, and the wonderful balance of savory, fresh, salty, smoky, and bright flavors that make Spanish cuisine so beloved. Together, we’ll prepare four delicious dishes: Tortilla Española — Spain’s iconic potato and egg tortilla, with a beautifully golden exterior and tender, savory center. Pan con Tomate with Manchego — toasted bread rubbed with ripe tomato and garlic, finished with olive oil and paired with nutty, flavorful Manchego cheese. Pimientos de Padrón — little Spanish peppers blistered until beautifully charred and tender, then finished with olive oil and flaky sea salt.
