with Laura Palace Step into the heart of a traditional family kitchen and master the comforting art of scratch-made pierogi! This fully hands-on cooking class will take you step-by-step through the timeless process of mixing, kneading, and rolling a perfect, tender pierogi dough from scratch. Together, we will craft three classic, crowd-pleasing fillings: a traditional savory potato & onion , a light farmers cheese blend (inspired by the nostalgic recipe I grew up eating straight out of my Aunt Tessie’s pot), and a beautifully seasoned cabbage filling that has quickly become a personal favorite. Once assembled, you will learn the dual secrets of perfectly boiling and pan-frying your creations to golden, crispy perfection. Best of all, you will get to pack up a batch to bring home to share!
